8 DRUMS HEATING CABINET, HIGHLY CUSTOMIZED

The customer, producer of perfumes, requested a machine with high degree of customisation.
The structure was designed with:

• Construction entirely in AISI304 stainless steel
• Structure with feet made of tubular elements
• A removable tank for each level (2 per unit)
• Internal anti-spark materials coupling
• Internal rope for automatic door unlock

Controls and safeties:

• Safety circuit SIL 2 with process overtemperature control
• Safety circuit SIL 2 with heating elements overtemperature control
• Door lock with positive safety electric lock object of performance level SIL3
• Interlocked removal system with heating cycle and doors lock
• Differential pressure switch sil 2 with control of the proper working of the extraction fan
• Internal safety rope for unlocking door from inside
• Provision for fire-fighting system
• Eyebolts are provided for the crane also on the front walls for the transport, unloading and positioning operations

After accompanying the customer in the design phase and technical training, amarc handled transport, unloading, start-up and training.
