Heating jackets for drums from 25 to 200 L

The drum heating jackets are the ideal solution wherever it is necessary to heat the industrial containers to make the contents inside fluid and easily available. These are light, easy to use and to apply to drums. Thanks to its size and good insulation, the heating jacket ensures uniform heating of the contents of the drum and reduced heat dispersal.
The materials used are of the highest quality and have been selected to be safe and durable in all conditions of use. The lining is made of fiberglass fabric coated with silicone rubber, with three locking straps with clips.
Resistant to temperatures up to 180° C, water-repellent, flame-retardant and resistant to water vapour. The heating jackets are supplied with a 3m power cable with PVC protection, shielded in galvanised steel and with a built-in thermostat that can be adjusted from 0 to 90° C.
They are available for 25, 50,100 and 200 litre containers.

Health and Safety

All heating jackets for drums are manufactured in accordance with EC directives. Do not start up or keep the heating jacket in operation during filling, refilling or emptying the drum. Also do not keep the power cable plugged in while handling the drum. In order to prevent spilling of substances due to the increase in their temperature, avoid filling the drums to the brim and always work in a well ventilated area.
